Why it happened
Oats and chia absorb liquid slowly. Extra solids and a short rest let the mixture gel and thicken.
The fix
- 1 stir in 1 teaspoon chia seeds and rest 10 minutes
- 2 add 2 tablespoons oats or oat flour to absorb liquid
- 3 fold in 2 tablespoons yogurt for thickness

- Blend for a smoother, thicker texture.

- Use a 1:1 ratio of oats to liquid.
